Maxine Pedigo Bradshaw, 85, Glasgow, died Saturday, February 21, 2009, at the Barren County Health Care Center. A native of Metcalfe County, she was a daughter of the late Oscar and Nora Smith Pedigo. She was former employee of Norris Supply and a retired employee of New Farmer’s National Bank. She was a member of the First Christian Church.
Survivors include one son, Dr. Charles P. Bradshaw and his wife, Jerrie C. of Frankfort; one daughter, Beth Faught and her husband, Donald, of Glasgow; five grandchildren, Chris Bradshaw, Darren Bradshaw, Katie Bradshaw Smith, Andy Faught and Wade Faught; 5 great-grandchildren, Allen J. Bradshaw, Andrew B. Bradshaw, Lakyn Smith, Bailey Faught and Ryker Botts Faught; one sister, Doris Grider and her husband, Roy, of Summer Shade.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Allen Bradshaw and one sister, Dorothy Clark.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 24, 2009, at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Alternate expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the First Christian Church or Kosair Charities .
