Mary V. Peterson

Mary V. Peterson, 86, Glasgow, died Saturday, October 25, 2008, at the T. J. Samson Community Hospital. The daughter of the late Thomas M. and Corinne Johnson Lee, she was a homemaker and a member of the Hiseville Baptist Church.
Survivors include one daughter, Betty Lee Peterson Cox and her husband, Philip, of Glasgow; one grandson, Lee Cox and wife, Connie, of Glasgow; two great-grandchildren, Dawson Lee Cox and Lexi Shea Cox; two sisters-in-law, Anna Powell Lee of Cave City and Jean Peterson Simpson of Glasgow.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, James Harold Peterson, Jr. and her brother, William A. “Billy” Lee.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 28, 2008, at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Hiseville Cemetery. Friends may call after 2:00 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
