Mary E. Neal

Mary E. Neal, 79, Glasgow, died Friday, May 25, 2007, at her residence. A daughter of the late Ed and Rosie Mae Mauk Byrd, she was a homemaker and the widow of the late Henry Thurman Neal.
Survivors include seven daughters, Linda Lou Byrd, Ruby Ennis, Janice Ennis and Rita Neal all of Metcalfe Co., Darlene Dailey of Spencer Co., Lorene Eaton and Sandra Neal of Barren Co.; four sons, Larry Neal, Billy Lee Neal and Randall Neal all of Lafayette, IN, Eddie Neal of Metcalfe Co.; one sister, Agnes Neal of Glasgow; three brothers, Tom Byrd, Joe Byrd and William Byrd all of Cave City; 24 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren; seven step-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Sunday, May 27, 2007, at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Strader’s Ranch Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
