Mary Agnes Beard
June 30, 1911 ~ December 8, 2006
Mary Agnes Lessenberry Beard, 95 of Hiseville died Friday, December 08, 2006 at the Glasgow Health and Rehab Center. She was the daughter of the late Lawrence Lee Lessenberry and Elsie Gadberry Lessenberry and the wife of the late William Wayne Beard, who preceded her in death September 12, 1954. She was a member of the Hiseville Methodist Church.
She is survived by one daughter Elcylue Beard Vernon of Glasgow; four grandchildren: Mary Helen Porter, Jessica Porter, Beth Stines and Danny Beard; seven great-grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.
Besides her parents and husband she was preceded in death by her son William “Billy” Lawrence Beard.
Funeral will be 2:00 P.M. Sunday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Hiseville Cemetery. Visitation will be after 2:00 P.M. Saturday at the funeral home.
