Marshall C. Horton, 84, of Horse Cave, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, September 9, 2025. He was the son of the late Charlie Walton Horton and Stella Ella Maulden Horton.

He is survived by two sons: Mark Horton and Michael Horton; one daughter: Angela “Pumpkin” Whitlow (David); ten grandchildren: Austin Carey, Chasity Carey, Kayla Horton, Brittany Horton, Christian Whitlow, Cameron Whitlow, Destiny Whitlow, Sara White, Logan Eldridge and Arthur Dunford; eleven great-grandchildren: six brothers: Steve Horton (Kim), Ernest Horton, Charles Horton (Shirley), Connie Horton (Sally), David Horton (Niecey) and Daniel Horton; several nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.

Besides his parents he is preceded in death by one brother: Marshall Leon Horton; four sisters: Carolyn Mauney, Leatha Horton, Betty Lou Horton and Sue Page.

Funeral will be 2:00 pm Friday, September 12, 2025 at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Center Point Cemetery. Visitation will be after 10:00 am Friday until time for services.
