Marjorie Francis

Marjorie Francis, 88, Cave City, died Monday, April 28, 2008, at the T. J. Samson Community Hospital. A native of Atlanta, GA, she was a daughter of the late Calhoun and Pearl Baker Maner. She was a homemaker and a member of the Methodist faith.
Survivors include one daughter, Brenda Peden and husband, Jimmy, of Cave City; one sister, Ruby Davis of Florida; one sister-in-law, Margaret Maner; special niece and nephews, Gail (Bob) Lukens of Texas, Ronnie (Carol) Snider and Gerald (Joy) Snider all of Georgia.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Jewell Francis; two brothers, Frank Maner and Cecil Maner; one sister, Dorothy Snider.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, May 2, 2008, at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Union #2 Cemetery. Friends may call after 3:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
