Marjorie Flowers Cooksey, 87, Glasgow, died Wednesday, May 15, 2013, at Glenview Health Care Center. A native of Barren County, she was a daughter of the late Edgar L. Flowers and Hettye Britt Flowers. A life-long resident of Glasgow, she was a retired employee of Handmacher Fashions in Glasgow, and a member of the Glasgow Baptist Church.
Survivors include one son: Bill Cooksey and his wife Sally of Sheffield, MA.
Visitation with the family will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home. Memorial Graveside Service will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery with Rev. James S. Jones officiating.
