Marion Frank Payne

Marion Frank Payne, 79, of Glasgow, died Monday, April 28, 2008 at his residence. He was the son of the late Francis Marion Payne and Virgie Mae Smith Payne. He was employed at the J. F. Pace Construction and Ready Mix plant for 30 years and retired from Square Deal Concrete and Ready Mix Plant.
Survivors include one daughter: Betty Tibbs (Paul Williams); two sons: Frank Payne (Melinda Payne), Danny Payne (JoAnn Patterson); one daughter-in-law: Denise Payne; seven grandchildren: Shelly Thomas, Samantha Pedigo, Missy Vernon, Jimmy Payne (Jennifer), Phillip Kelly (Melanie) , Amy Payne, Kaylee Payne; twelve great-grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; three sisters: Erma Finn of Coral Hill, Aileen Lowe of Railton and Myrtle Morgan of Maryland; one sister-in-law: Evelyn Kessinger.
Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Robbie M. Payne, one son, Timmy Payne and one grandson, Joey Tibbs.
Funeral will be 1:00 P.M. Thursday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with Bro. Richard Martin officiating. Burial will be in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be after 2:00 P.M. Wednesday at the funeral home.
