Marcella Paige Morrison

Marcella Paige Morrison, Hiseville, passed away Sunday, July 20, 2025 at NHC Healthcare in Glasgow. A native of Hiseville, she was the daughter of the late Lander and Ruby Pardue Pruitt.

Marcella was a retired cook from Hiseville School; a member of Rock Springs Baptist Church; and a member of Order of the Eastern Star, both the Hiseville and Glasgow Chapters.

Survivors include her children: Patricia Bragg, Beverly Bragg, and Chris Morrison (Rhonda); five grandchildren: Tonya Bragg-Underwood (Brett Underwood), Joshua Gibbs (Sara), Kayla Branham (Tommy), Kendra Morrison, and Kathryn Deppe (Justin); nine great-grandchildren: John Michael Vincent, Conner Clay, Jeffrey Gibbs, Tristan Branham, John Gibbs, Isabella Branham, Cason Tudor, Lena Gibbs, and Kye Branham; sister, Lera Nell Logsdon; niece, Pam Kincer (Craig), and numerous other nephews and nieces.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Gordon Morrison; son-in-law, James R. Bragg; a grandchild, T J Branham; brothers and sisters: Myrtle Barber, Blanche Lancaster, J.T. Pruitt, Leroy Pruitt, Freida Lewis, Calvin Pruitt, and Rebecca Logsdon.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Hiseville Cemetery. Visitation will be after 10:00 a.m. Friday at the funeral home. Alternate expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to Bridge Kentucky.
