Lucy June Ervin, 96, Glasgow, died Sunday, July 10, 2005, at Britthaven in Bowling Green. A native of Cumberland County, she was the daughter of the late Mary Ann Ballard and Tillman Wesley Spears. She was a homemaker and a member of the Marrowbone Church of Christ.
Survivors include one daughter, Sharon Martin and her husband, Jerry, of Bowling Green; one step-son, Kenneth Ervin and his wife, Bera, of Odessa, FL; three grandchildren; nine step-grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; twenty-two step-great-grandchildren; seven step-great-great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Brooks Ervin and three step-children, Max Ervin, Donald Ervin and Beatrice Grider.
Graveside services will be held 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 13, 2005, at the Pink Ridge Cemetery in Metcalfe County. Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home.
