Linda Shaw, 77, Glasgow, passed away Thursday, August 17, 2023 at Glenview Health & Rehab Center. A native of Barren County, she was the daughter of the late Rodman and Alta Jones Short. She was a homemaker and a member of the Westwood Church of Christ.
Survivors include one son, Buddy Williams of Glasgow; one granddaughter, Krista Jones; three great-grandchildren: Emory Jones, Ensley Jones, and Hayln King; one sister, Beverly Wells; three brothers: Donald Short, Billy Short, and Jimmy Short; several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three sisters: Phyllis Lee, Sandra Muir, and Ruby Short; and by four brothers: Kenny Short, Herbert Short, June Short, and John “J C” Short.
Graveside services will be held 10:00 a.m. Saturday at the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. There will be no prior visitation. Arrangements entrusted to Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home.
