Linda Cox

Linda May Cox, 45, Glasgow, died Saturday, December 13, 2008, at the T. J. Samson Community from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. A native of Barren County, she was a daughter of Pearlie Lawhorn Vibbert of Glasgow and the late Elton Royce Vibbert. She was a former employee in the office of Dr. Stan Hodges, employee and volunteer at Eastern Elementary School and a member of the Siloam Baptist Church.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, David Cox; one son, Travis Cox; one daughter, Tessa Cox and her fiancé Josh Medley, all of Glasgow; one step-daughter, Stephanie Cox of Louisville; two sisters, Brenda McCoy and Judy Shaw both of Bowling Green; two brothers, Larry Vibbert and Jimmy Vibbert both of Glasgow; her parents-in-law, Kenneth and Linda Melloan of Horse Cave; her adoptive parents, Dickie and Shirley Harlow of Glasgow; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 17, 2008, at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the New Salem Cemetery. Friends may call after 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
