Lillian Bickel

Lillian Pearl Bickel, 93, formerly of Glasgow , died Tuesday, December 21, 2004, in Winston-Salem , NC . She was the daughter of the late Howard and Millie Mullett. She moved to Glasgow in 1967 and later to Winston-Salem in 2003, after the death of her husband, Lester Leroy Bickel . She was a member of the Gad About Club, Library Club, Bridge Club, the T. J. Samson Hospital Ladies’ Auxiliary and the Faith United Methodist Church .
Survivors include one son, James E. Bickel and his wife, Yong Suk Bickel of Winston Salem, NC. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one brother, Clarence Mullett.
Private services were held with inurnment in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery under the direction of the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home.
