Leighann Star Spencer, 19, Glasgow, passed away Saturday, August 15, 2020 at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville. The Barren County native was a homemaker, a lover of music, and a member of the First Assembly of God in Glasgow.

Survivors include her infant daughter Adalyn; her fiancé Johnny Hoffman; her mother Jessica Barrett Jones and husband John; two sisters: Courtney Spencer and Gracie Spencer; Grandparents: Gary and Sue Pruitt; great-grandparents: Kimmel Bailey and Marjorie Pruitt; special cousins: Hunter Young and Sophia Barrett; and several other family members.

She was preceded in death by grandparents James and Betty Spencer; great-grandfather, Robert Bailey; and an aunt, Carrie Lee Barrett.

Funeral services will be held 3 pm Sunday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be after 1 pm Saturday at the funeral home. Alternate expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations toward funeral expenses.

In keeping with the Governor’s recommendations for safety during funeral and memorial services, the number of attendees in the funeral home at any given time will be limited; no food permitted in the lounge; social distancing will be necessary; and face coverings are required.
