Leeoma Reece

Leeoma “Sister” Reece, 74, Glasgow , died Tuesday February 10, 2004 , at the T. J. Samson Community Hospital . A daughter of the late Cora Ethel Strode and John Anderson Bowles, she was a homemaker and a member of the Big Meadow Baptist Church .
Survivors include one daughter, Linda Lyons and her husband, Larry, of Glasgow; two sons, David Reece and his wife, Sheila, and Eddie Reece and his wife, Angie, all of Glasgow; one brother, Andrew Bowles and his wife, Loretta, of Glasgow; four sisters, Gaye Davis and her husband, Lonnie, Ella Kinslow and her husband, Charles, and Phyllis Stephenson and her husband, Charles, all of Glasgow, Maude Adams and her husband, H. C., of Indiana; 8 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Homer Owens Reece , nine brothers and two sisters.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday, February 13, 2004, at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Friends may call after 11:00 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
