Laymon Cleo Riggs, Jr., 63, Glasgow, died Thursday, June 30, 2022 at the T J Samson Community Hospital. A native of Ely, Minnesota, he was the son of the late Laymon Cleo Riggs, Sr. and Patricia Anne Amitrano Riggs. He was an auto mechanic.
Survivors include two children: Jasmime Riggs and Laymon Riggs III; his partner of 27 years Deborah Ward; one step-son, Shannon Ward; one brother Brian Riggs; two sisters: Carrie Riggs and Dawn Lowe and husband Scottie; four grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one son Shane Riggs; and one sister, Pam Gentry.
The family chose cremation with a memorial service to be planned for a later date. Arrangements entrusted to Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home.
