Larry Thomas Edlin, 60, of Glasgow, died Sunday, April 4, 2011 at the T. J. Samson Community Hospital. He was the son of the late James Thomas Edlin and Evelyn Sweeney Edlin. He was an army veteran.
He is survived by one son: Gary Thomas Edlin; two step-children: Theresa Ann Norris and Gregory Paul Norris; eight grandchildren: Garrett Cole Edlin, Austin Thomas Edlin, Dylan Michael Strawhorn, Rebecca Ann Smiddy, Chandler Bryan Mathers, Sayde Brooke Norris, Gregory Norris and Anthony Paul Norris; two sisters: Karen Holder and Deborah Adair; Several nieces and nephews and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
Besides his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers: Gary Wayne Edlin and James William Edlin.
Funeral will be 11:00 A.M. Friday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be after 11:00 A.M. Thursday at the funeral home.
