Karen Marie Marvin, 74, of Hardyville, Kentucky, formerly of Chicago, IL, passed away Saturday March 6, 2021. She was a daughter of the late Bernard Welch and Elayne Heinz Cowhey.
She is survived by two daughters: Danielle Renee Langdale and her husband Alan and Robin Elayne Lewis. Seven grandchildren: William Lewis, Samantha Lewis, Kevin Marvin, Gary Ransom, Timothy Ransom, Sylvia Stone and Colton Marvin; eight great-grandchildren: Cici Ransom, Alex Ransom, Timothy Ransom, Fred Ransom, Peyton Stone, Brantley Ransom, Randall Stone and Avie Stone; one brother: Dennis Welch; three sisters: Colleen Hammond, Shawn Finneke and Kim Romberg.
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband: Fred Marvin; one daughter: Kerri Ann Waltgeneach.
The family has chosen cremation with a memorial service to be held at a later date. Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
