James Shepard

James Elbert Shepard, 54, Glasgow, died Thursday, February 24, 2005, at his residence. Born in Barren County he was a son of the late Jessie Louis and Lucy Snead Shepard.
Survivors include a son, Chad Shepard and wife Kimberly of Glasgow, and a daughter, Rita Pulliam and husband Ronald Stone of West Virginia; three brothers, Bobby of Florida, David of Illinois and Ernest of Indiana; one sister, Lois Edwards of Cave City; two grandchildren, Ashley Pulliam Morris and J. R. Stone; several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Carolyn Shepard.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Monday, February 28, 2005, at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Friends may call after 12:00 noon Sunday at the funeral home.
