James Phillip “J. P.” Ballard, 44, of Glasgow died at the T J Samson Hospital Wednesday, March 19, 2025.
Survivors include two children: Max Wyatt and Sophia Wyatt; his mother, Rebecca Ballard; his father, Phillip Ballard; one sister, Jody Lohden; two nieces and one nephew. He was a member of the Locust Grove Missionary Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by both sets of grandparents along with one brother, Marvin Ballard.
A memorial service will be held 2:00 p.m. Sunday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with visitation beginning at 12 noon.
