Jessie E Jennings

Jessie Jennings, 79, of Glasgow, Kentucky, passed away peacefully with his family Sunday, September 6, 2026 at his residence. He was retired for the US Army Corps of Engineers and a Vietnam veteran. He was a son of the late Edd and Minnie Pearl Oliver Jennings.

He is survived by his wife: Barbara Neal Jennings; one son: Christopher E. Jennings (Laura); two grandsons: Chris Carlos Jennings and Joshua Landon Jennings; two brothers: Frank Jennings and Bill Jennings; two sisters: Bonnie Sue Jennings and Tilda Ann Jennings; one niece and three nephews.

Besides his parents he was preceded in death by one brother: Paul Jennings.

Funeral will be 2:00 pm Wednesday, September 9, 2026 at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Happy Valley Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday and after 9:00 a.m. Wednesday until time for services. Glasgow Chapter 20 DAV will provided military honors at the cemetery.
