Irene Gramlin Hill, 84, formerly of Glasgow, died Monday, February 9, 2009, in Corydon, Indiana. A native of Monroe County, she was the daughter of the late Levi and Hattie Sherfey Gramlin. She was formerly a nurses aide at T. J. Samson Community Hospital and was a member of the Bethel United Methodist Church.
Survivors include one brother, Edward R. Gramlin of Fredericksburg, IN; one sister, Flora B. Thompson of Bowling Green; 28 nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be after 9:00 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
