Freddie B. Franklin

Freddie B. Franklin, 58, Glasgow, died Friday, June 8, 2007, at the T. J. Samson Community Hospital. A son of the late Howard and Dora Tinker Franklin, he was a chef and an orderly at T. J. Samson Community Hospital. He was a U.S. Army Veteran of Vietnam and a member of the Hopewell Baptist Church.
Survivors include one sister, Pam Huffman of Glasgow; two nephews, Rev. Ricky Huffman and Rob Huffman of Glasgow; one niece, Shaey Huffman of Louisville; special friend, Mildred Hatfield of Glasgow; special granddaughter, Robin Bowe; several other nieces, nephews and family members.
Wake will be held from 7 p.m to 10 p.m. Sunday, June 10, 2007, at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home. Private burial services will be held.
