Florence Elizabeth Blankenship, 75, Glasgow, died Sunday, April 12, 2009, at the T. J. Samson Community Hospital. A native of Indianapolis, she was the daughter of the late Clarena Mae Adams and Fredrick Eugene Everetts. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include one son, Robert Shrader; three daughters, Sarah Gray, Mary Hubble and Stacy Lemasters; two brothers, Stanley Everetts and Rick Everetts; three sisters, Audrey Foster, Lula Swift and Freda Hutcheson; her boyfriend, Jack Laycox; 10 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Walter Shrader; one brother, Martin Lavergne; one sister, Charlotte Fine.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday, April 17, 2009, at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with cremation to follow. Friends may call after 12 noon Friday at the funeral home.
