Emma E. Clack

Emma E. “Sal” Clack, 98, Glasgow , died Monday, January 12, 2004 at the Glasgow Health and Rehabilitation Center . A native of Metcalfe County , she was a daughter of the late Melissa Francis Hamilton and Benonia Bethel Edwards. She was a retired employee of Real Silk in Indianapolis and attended the Calvary Baptist Church in Glasgow .
Survivors include one sister, Ruby E. Jeffries of Savoyard and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Clayton Clack, four sisters and six brothers.
Funeral services will be held 7:00 p.m. Thursday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home. Committal service will be held 1:00 p.m. (EST) Friday, January 16, 2004, at Washington Park-East Cemetery in Indianapolis. Friends may call after 3:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to a favorite charity.
