Earline Logsdon

Nora Earline Logsdon, 74, Horse Cave, died Tuesday, April 21, 2009, at the T. J. Samson Community Hospital. A daughter of the late Dossie Wix Houchens and Roy Keeton, she was a homemaker and a member of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include two daughters, Mollie Hodge and husband, Rickie, of Merry Oaks and Marie Huff Smith and husband, Ray, of Indianapolis; four sisters, Doris Wix, Brenda Simmons, Jackie Harris and Darlene Tarry all of Glasgow; five step-children, J. B. Logsdon, J. T. Logsdon, Louise Blair, Linda Cook and Jo Ann Henderson; 7 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jessie Logsdon; two daughters, Effie Huff and Judy Burton; one granddaughter, Sanya Hawks; two sisters, Pearl Runyon and Vianna Simmons; one brother, Henry Keeton.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the New Salem Cemetery. Friends may call after 4 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
