Douglas Wayne Smith, 52, Cave City, died Tuesday, September 10, 2013, at his residence. A native of Indiana, he was a son of the late Arnold Smith and Lavona Smith Boatman.
Survivors include one brother: Don Boatman and his fiancée Monica McGavic; one sister: Elizabeth Cross; one niece: Sophia Boatman, all of Cave City.
The family chose cremation. There will be no visitation or services at this time. Arrangements entrusted to Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home.
