Dorothy Wheeler Sharp

Dorothy Wheeler Sharp, 84, Glasgow, died Friday, April 4, 2003, at the Barren County Health Care Center. A native of Barren County, she was a daughter of the late George W. and Cora McGuire Wheeler. She was a homemaker and a member of the Glasgow Cumberland Presbyterian Church .
Survivors include one son, Donald Sharp and wife, Ruth Jean, of Glasgow; one daughter, Sharon Sutherland and husband, Steve, of Glasgow; grandchildren, Jeff and Tina Sharp, Rebel and Randy Byrn, Stacy and Allyson Sutherland all of Glasgow, Shad and Jenny Sutherland of Snellville, GA.; great-grandchildren, Jacob and Elijah Sharp, Hayden Sutherland, Alicia Jones, Joe Dan, Tori and Jack Byrn; several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Neville Sharp; and three brothers, Harold, Paul (Snook) and Bill Wheeler.
Funeral services will be held 3:00 p.m. Sunday, April 6, 2003, at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Friends may call after 2:00 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Alternate expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the Glasgow Cumberland Presbyterian Church Building Fund.
