Donnie Lynn Peden, 66, Goodnight, died Tuesday, July 7, 2020 at Commonwealth Regional Specialty Hospital in Bowling Green. A native of Barren County, he was the son of Valeria Crenshaw Peden and the late Willie F. Peden. He was a lifelong farmer in the Goodnight Community, a tobacco warehouse worker, and a friend to many.
Donnie is survived by his wife Kathy; his mother, Valeria Peden; one sister Judy Page; a nephew Brad Page; a niece Julie Page; two brothers-in-law: Raymond (Janice) Poynter and Kelly (Joyce) Poynter; along with several other nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father Willie Peden and one nephew, Chris Page.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Sunday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Hiseville Cemetery. Visitation will be after 10 am Saturday at the funeral home.
In keeping with the Governor’s requirements for funeral and memorial services, the number of attendees in the funeral home at any given time will be limited; no food permitted in the lounge; social distancing will be necessary; and face coverings are recommended.
