Donald William Morgan

Donald William Morgan, 78, of Glasgow , died Sunday, July 11, 2004 at the T. H. Samson Community Hospital . He was the son of the late Virgil Newton Morgan and Pansy Lucille Nichols and a navy veteran of WWII.
He is survived by his wife Violet E. Morgan; two daughters: Joyce Morgan Underwood and her husband of Columbus, IN and Mary Morgan Christensen and her husband of Glasgow; one son: Donnie Morgan and his wife Sue of Columbus, IN; one step-daughter: Shirley Rhoton and her husband Eddie of Glasgow; eight grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren and three step-great-grandchildren; one brother: Richard “Buck” Morgan of Glasgow; four sisters: Helen Hagan of Hartford City, IN, Loretta Jenkins of Hartford City, IN, Earlene Speidel of Hartford City, IN and Laure Mae Lyons of Glasgow.
Funeral will be 1:00 P.M. Tuesday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Bowles Cemetery . DAV chapter 20 will provide military honors at the cemetery. Visitation will be after 11:00 A. M. Monday at the funeral home.
