Degie Humphrey, Jr., 83, of Glasgow, died Wednesday, March 04, 2009. He was the son of the late D. G. Humphrey, Sr. and Martha Alice Wheeler Humphrey and a veteran of WWII.
He is survived by his brother: Robert Humphrey of Glasgow; two sisters: Minnie Elmore of Glasgow and Christine Wheeler Rainey of Greenville, South Caroline. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral will be 1:00 P.M. Saturday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be after 5:30 P.M. Friday at the funeral home.
