Daniel Turner

Daniel Eugene Turner, 69, Glasgow, died Thursday, July 19, 2007, at his residence. A native of Barren County, he was a son of the late Laurence and Daisy Toohey Turner. He was a former resident of Commerce Township, Michigan where he was a welder for Portec-Paragon Division.
Survivors include four children, Denise (Bob) Turner of Clarkston, Gail Sornson of Oxford, Daniel (Monique) Turner of White Lake and Lawrence Turner of Glasgow; nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Arlene Turner and one brother, Wendell Turner.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday, July 23, 2007, at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Campground Cemetery. Friends may call after 1:00 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
