Christine Louise Woodward

Christine Louise Woodward, 62, Bowling Green, passed away Sunday, October 4, 2026 at her home surrounded by her family. She was the daughter of the late Carl Henry Tebbe and Joyce Ann DeNoyer Tebbe.

Christine passed after a courageous and inspiring battle with cancer. She loved to crochet and made many people happy with her creations. She would be the first to reach out and make a new friend; and she had many. She was an awesome care-giver and as selfless as they come. She will be missed greatly by all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her brother Carl Henry Tebbe, Jr.

She is survived by her husband James L. Woodward; two sons: Timothy Woodward and Joshua Woodward; a sister, Diann Ockwell (Chris); and several nieces and nephews.

The family requests that you do not send flowers, rather that you make a donation to Cancer research or Alzheimer’s research to help end these terrible diseases.

A celebration of life will be held 2 to 6 p.m. on Friday, October 16, 2026 at the UAW 2164 Hall, 712 Plum Springs Loop, Bowling Green, KY 42101. Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.
