Christine Williams, age 85, died this morning at NHC. She was the daughter of the late William Warner Compton and Rachel Margaret England Compton. She was a member of the Coral Hill Baptist Church.
She is survived by three sons, Minnis Williams and his wife Betty, Mike Williams and his wife Carol and Steve Williams and his wife Debbie, all of Glasgow; four grandchildren, Rene Williams, Shane Williams, Stacy Williams and Eric Williams; three great grand-children, Tabitha Williams, Halley Williams and Holly Williams; several nieces and nephews also survive.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John C. Williams and her granddaughter, Michalle Williams.
Funeral will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home, with burial in the Hiseville Cemetery. Visitation will be after 3:00 p.m. Friday at the Funeral Home.
