Charles Y. Brown, 84, of Hiseville, died Monday, November 24, 2014 at the Geeenwood Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Bowling Green. He was a son of the late Earl Brown and Gladys Durham Reece. He was a veteran of the Korean War.
He is survived by one daughter: Terri Proffitt “Derek Proffitt”; two granddaughters: Sarah Proffitt and Maggie Proffitt “Andrew Weitze”.
Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Wanda Bennett Brown and his brother Joe Brown.
Funeral will be 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, November 26, 2014 at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Hiseville Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. Tuesday at the funeral home.
