Carol Faye London, 63, Hiseville, died Wednesday, October 20, 2010, at her residence. A daughter of the late Tommie and Lura Thompson Childress, she was a hostess at Barren River State Park, a member of the Hiseville Christian Church, and a member of the Democratic Women’s Club.
Survivors include her husband, Lonnie; three sons, Anthony London of Bowling Green, John London and wife, April, and Kevin London and wife, Tracy, all of Hiseville; 7 grandchildren, Brent London with the U.S. Air Force in New Jersey, Brittany London, Blake London, Keith Crabtree, Colby London, Autumn Kuhns and Hunter London; 1 great-grandchild, Aidan London; two sisters, Jervis Childress of Glasgow and Virginia Owen and husband, Donnie, of Louisville; 2 nieces, Stephanie Fleischer of Louisville and Belinda Roberts of Murray; 4 nephews, Allen Dossey of Paducah, Kelly Dossey of Indiana, Kenneth Dossey of Bowling Green and Rudy Forbes.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Hiseville Cemetery. Friends may call after 5 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Alternate expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the Hiseville Christian Church.
