Carlos E. Gordon
January 27, 1922 ~ December 28, 2003
Carlos E. Gordon, 81, formerly of Glasgow , died Monday, December 29, 2003 , at Medco Center in Franklin . The son of the late Ruth Ferguson and George Dibbrel Gordon, he was a commercial artist and a United States Navy Veteran of WW II.
Survivors include one daughter, Kimberly Caldwell and her husband, Richard, of Springfield , TN ; one son, Michael Gordon and his wife, Robin, of Kingston Springs , TN ; three grandsons, Richard C. L. Caldwell II, Joshua M Caldwell and Zachary M. Gordon; one granddaughter, Hannah Marie Gordon; one great-granddaughter, Kaitlyn Caldwell; one nephew, Eddie Atnip and his wife, Alice, of Glasgow; two great nieces, Kathy Atnip and Allison Atnip Chambers. He was preceded in death by his sister, Vernolean Atnip.
Graveside services will be held 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 31, 2003 , at the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery . Friends may call after 10:00 a.m. Wednesday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home.
