Bobby Joseph Hurt, 60, of Glasgow, went to his Heavenly Home, Tuesday, February 23, 2016 at the medical center in Bowling Green, Kentucky. He was a son of the late Benton and Pauline Branham Hurt. He retired from R. R. Donnelly’s after working 26 years. His greatest pleasure came from being a Husband, Daddy a brother and Pa. He was a member of the House of Prayer Apostolic Church in Edmonton, Kentucky.
He is survived by his wife: Amanda Hurt; three daughters: Callee Hurt, Sabrina (Ryan) Hurt and Chastity (Toby) Wyatt; six grandchildren: Jaxson Tucker, Sydnee, Haleigh, Hannah and Brianna; one sister: Sue (Freddie) Cumbee; four brothers: Billy (Ruth Ann) Hurt, Jerry (Teresa) Hurt, Jimmy (Sue Ann) Hurt and Cecil Joe Davis; one sister-in-law: Krista (Daniel) Reece; mother-in-law: Shirley (Roy) Deckard; father-in-law: Eddie (Vickie) Greer; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral will be 2:00 P.M. Saturday at the House of Prayer at Edmonton, Kentucky with burial in the church cemetery. Visitation will be after 1:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Friday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home and after 9:00 A.M. Saturday till time of services at the House of Prayer in Edmonton.
