Bobby Bailey

Bobby Bailey, 69, a well-known farmer of the Hiseville Community, died Friday, July 15, 2005, at his residence. A native of Barren County, he was a son of the late John Spencer and Ollie Mae Emory Bailey and a member of the Rock Spring Baptist Church.
Survivors include two daughters, Kim Bailey Jackson and her husband, Ralph Farris Jackson, of Cave City, and Lisa Bailey Britt and her husband, Kevan, of Austin; two granddaughters, Jacqueline Kinslow Gardner and Kristi Kinslow Walker; two great-grandsons; three sisters, Helen Bailey Ferguson, Linda Bailey Botts and her husband, Richard, and Wilma Jean Bailey Gooden and her husband, Preston; nine nieces and nephews, Jennifer Gooden Wood, Tim Gooden, Jonathon Gooden, Jamie Hines, Sherry Botts, Debbie Ferguson, Loretta Jones, Sheila Botts and Charlie Botts; one aunt, Hazel Christine Bennett.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, John Spencer Bailey, Jr.
Funeral services will be held 1:30 p.m. Sunday, July 17, 2005, at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Hiseville Cemetery. Friends may call after 1:30 Saturday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to the American Cancer Society .
