Blanche S. Mayfield

Blanche Simmons Mayfield, 91, Glasgow, died Saturday, February 15, 2003, at the Barren County Health Care Center. A daughter of the late Morris and Emma Baldock Simmons, she was a retired seamstress at Ky. Pants Co. and the widow of the late Hardy Mayfield.
Survivors include one brother, Thomas Simmons and his wife, Martha, of Shrewsbury, PA; three nephews, Ted Simmons of Glasgow, Allen Simmons and David Simmons, both of Shrewsbury; one niece, Brenda Simmons White of Lexington; several great nieces and nephews and cousins.
Memorial Graveside Services will be held 10:30 a.m. Saturday, March 15, 2003, at the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery.
