Betty Jean Zenor

Betty Jean Chappell Zenor, 88, of Glasgow, Kentucky, passed away, Saturday, May 24, 2025. She was a daughter of the late Barney Dee Chappell and Olive Iva Simpson Chappell. She was a retired manager for Hallmark. She was a member of Faith United Methodist Church and of the Eastern Star.

She is survived by her husband: William Clayton Zenor, Sr.; one son: William Clayton Zenor Jr. (Brenda); one daughter: Beth Zenor Gardner (John); one brother: Wayne Chappell (Brenda); eight grandchildren: Aimee Denny (David), Melissa Daniels (Mike), Amanda Solomon (Rory), Charles Dorsey, Jr., Leah Patrick (Tony), Matthew Dorsey (Nicki Gibson), Mikinsey Zenor (Ryan Klene), Jared Patrick (Taylor); three nieces: Lisia Sutton (Scott), Susan Stephenson (Dean) and Linda Satterfield (Rodney); four nephews: Tom Groh, Kelly Lancey, Richard Chappell (Debby) and Brian Chappell.

Besides her parents she was preceded in death by one brother: Richard Chappell; one sister: Virginia Louise Lancey.

Funeral will be 2:00 CST pm Thursday, May 29, 2025 at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be after 10:00 am Thursday until time for services.
