Betty Denise Spencer, 72, Cave City, passed away Sunday, August 30, 2026 at her residence. A native of Middletown, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Howard Lee Puckett and Barbara Wilson Puckett. She was formerly a scheduler at Mercy Hospital. She is survived by her husband Robert Spencer along with cousins and friends.
Mrs. Spencer had requested cremation; a choice that the family is honoring. There are no services planned at the present time. Arrangements entrusted to Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home.
