Love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind. Matthew 22:37.

Betty Jane Isenberg Hobart passed peacefully into the arms of Jesus on November 2, 2025. Betty was born on April 21, 1944 in Glasgow KY. After growing up in Glasgow she met the love of her life, Jim Hobart and they were married 46 years. They lived their lives in many locations over 30 years and met and made many new friends before coming back to Glasgow. She was blessed to have a life of wife, mother and grandmother and also found great joy working for the Barren County School system in the alpha program (Adult learning in pursuit of higher achievement).

Surviving family include her daughter Julie Soles (Rick), son Jerrold Hobart (Jessica) and grandson Blake Hobart (Cassie) and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, Ewing & Ruby Isenberg, brother Ewing Edward Isenberg, sister Goldie Jessie and her twin brother Billie Isenberg who she is now reunited with for the first time since her birth.

The family wants to give a special thank you to her caregivers who loved her in her last years and to all who sent her cards; they brought her joy and she displayed them proudly.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, November 6, 2025 at 2 PM at Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
