Alma Williams, 93, of Glasgow died Sunday, August 8, 2010 at her home. She was the daughter of the late Manuel “Witt” Scott and Bassie Scott. She was a member of the Grider Memorial Baptist Church.
She is survived by one son: Steve Williams and his wife Melissa; two daughters: Linda Berry and her husband Kenneth and Wanda Smith and her husband Eddie; eleven grandchildren: Tambra Cambron and her husband Ken, Wes Berry, Drew Berry, Tim Goad and his wife Nicole, Kim Wheat and her husband Richard, Kristen Smith, Steve Scott Williams, Wittlee Williams, Jesse Williams, Cindy LaFond and her husband Todd and Cheryl Rogers and her husband Howard; seven great- grandchildren; one brother: R. B. Scott and his wife June; daughter-in-law Shirley Bacon.
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Roy Lee Williams; two sons: Roy Eason Williams and Charles Lee Williams; two grandsons: Robert Scott Williams and Andrew Eason Williams.
Funeral will be 4:30 P.M. Tuesday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be after 4:00 P.M. Monday at the funeral home.
