Albert Coy Jewell, 67, of Glasgow died Wednesday, August 31, 2011 at the T. J. Samson Community Hospital. He was the son of the late Spurgeon Jewell and Berdadean Rutledge Jewell. He was a member of the Monroe Baptist Church.
He is survived his wife: Geneva Glass Jewell; one daughter: Ashley Nicole Jewell Farmer and her husband Charles; three grandchildren: Dalton, Cherish and Brooklyn; one brother: David Jewell.
He was preceded in death by two brothers: Johnny Jewell and Jimmy Jewell; one sister: Mary Edna Jewell.
Graveside services will be 2:00 P.M. Friday at the Whickerville Cemetery with visitation at the Cemetery 1:00 P.M. Friday. Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
