Agnes Underwood

Agnes Overstreet Underwood, 74, Glasgow, died Thursday, February 21, 2008, at the Commonwealth Regional Specialty Hospital in Bowling Green. A daughter of the late Charles and Betty Rush Overstreet, she was a homemaker and a member of the New Design Baptist Church. She was the widow of the late Rex Anthony “Tony” Underwood.
She was the beloved mother of Eddie Joe Davis of Glasgow and Betty “Betsy” Welsh of Bowling Green; grandmother of Mark Welsh and wife, Brandi, of Glasgow; great-grandmother of Justin Welsh; sister of Charles Overstreet of Horse Cave and Delores Laurenz of Cave City; sister-in-law of Johnny and Jo Pedigo of Cave City and Eugene and Betty Grace Kingrey of Glasgow; aunt of numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Sunday, February 24, 2008, at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Happy Valley Memorial Gardens. Friends may call after 11:00 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
