Adam Bennett

Adam Bennett, age 42, of Glasgow, KY, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, June 26, 2025. Adam was born January 12, 1983, in Madisonville, TX, to the late Donald and Linda (Akin) Bennet. 

In addition to his parents, Adam is preceded in death by his sister Crystal Pierce, his sister-in-law Betty Burris, and his grandparents: Virginia May Arnett Akin; Wesley Akin Jr, Bill Zack Bennett, and Virginia Bennett. Adam is survived by his brother, Richard Burris of Columbia, KY, and extended family. 

Adam's family and friends describe him as the bright light in a room. Adam had a way of making every situation funny. He enjoyed working with the public, serving others, and bringing smiles to those he met. Adam graduated from Columbia High School. 

A celebration of life will be held at New Life For the Nations located at 5095 Campbellsville Rd, Columbia, KY, on July 12, 2025, at 3:00 pm-5:00 pm CDT.
