Richard Allen Sandidge

Richard Allen Sandidge, 71, a former resident of Pascal, died Sunday, August 17, 2014, at Hart County Health Care Center. A native of Metcalfe County, he was a son of the late Morris and Elizabeth Schultz Sandidge, a retired farmer, and was a member of the Lonoke Baptist Church and later the New Liberty Baptist Church.

Survivors include his children: Ronald Allen Sandidge and wife Alicia of Cub Run; and Vickie Ralston and her husband Robert of Hardyville; two grandchildren: Ethan and Hannah Sandidge; one sister: Ella Mae Hoggard of Knob Lick; one sister-in-law: Margaret Sandidge of Hardyville.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Gladys Glass Sandidge and one brother Morris Sandidge, Jr.

Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the New Liberty Cemetery. Visitation will be after 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
