Nina Mae Piper Froggett, 87, died Wednesday, May 24, 2017, at Hospice of Southern Kentucky. Born on January 17th, 1930 in Metcalfe County, she was a lifelong resident of Hiseville, Kentucky and very active in her community. She was a member of Hiseville Baptist Church, a homemaker, and a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Wendell Clarage Froggett; her parents Dorothy and Lee Owen Piper; and a brother William Owen Piper.

She is survived by her daughter Stephanie Dye (Barry) of Smiths Grove, Kentucky and a son Harrison Froggett of Hiseville, Kentucky. She had four grandchildren: Allison Froggett, Chrissy Anderson (Marty), Adam Froggett (Misty) and Casey Kye (Kasey). Great grandchildren include: Blake, Lauren and Madison Anderson, Georgia Mae Froggett and Jack Dye.

Visitation is Thursday, May 25th beginning at 3:00 p.m. at Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home in Glasgow, KY. Funeral services will be Friday, May 26th, at 11:00 a.m. at Hatcher & Saddler.

The family wishes in lieu of flowers that donations be made to Hospice of Southern Kentucky.
