Ruby Brown Harp, 92, Glasgow, passed away Tuesday, September 1, 2015, at NHC Healthcare in Glasgow. The Barren County native was a daughter of the late Chris and Nettie Dennison Brown. She was a retired seamstress at Ky. Pants Company, and was a member of the Mt. Tabor Baptist Church and the WMU.

Survivors include two sons: Dallas Harp and wife Sara of Bowling Green, and Phillip Harp and his girlfriend Patty Gosser of Glasgow; four grandchildren: Chris Harp and wife Maria, Angie Harp, Nick Harp, and Josh Harp; one great-granddaughter: Cassie Harp; three step-great-granddaughters: Ariel, Hannah, and Kaitlyn; one step-great-great-granddaughter: Briley.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Jessie Harp; an infant son; and one sister: Lucille Brown.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Brown-Harp Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. Friday and continue Saturday morning at the funeral home.
